Believing that security and privacy actions should not be behind the scenes, but visible and understood by our customers, we proudly display our partnership with Google Cloud Platform for secure hosting of our KOTscan solution.

Unparalleled data center security

Security and data protection are at the heart of Google's data center design. Their physical security model includes a variety of safeguards: customized electronic access cards, perimeter fencing, metal detectors, and more.

Google also uses state-of-the-art tools such as biometric controls and beam intrusion detection: a real "mission impossible" for hackers, which is why we chose to host the KOTscan system in these European data centers.

Hardware designed for performance

KOTscan uses Google Cloud Platform data centers and their specially designed hardware for enhanced operations. Each feature of the KOTscan system has been designed to optimize security and performance.

In collaboration with Google Cloud Platform, KOTscan ensures the control of the hardware necessary for the proper functioning of the KOTscan system.

A resilient and highly reliable network

Google Cloud Platform's network and application architecture is designed to offer optimal availability and reliability. Using KOTscan, your data is redundantly backed up in several geographically different data centers in Europe.

Your data remains accessible even if one machine or an entire data center fails.

KOTscan interface security

Reliable data protection that adapts to your needs. KOTscan gives administrators enterprise-wide control over system configuration and application settings. A single dashboard allows you to simplify authentication, resource protection and operational control processes.

With built-in authentication and authorization capabilities, you can easily manage user accounts and enforce data protection. You can also create profiles (teller, accountant, delivery person, etc.) and give similar permissions to a set of employees.

Transparency

Trust is essential to our partnership. Transparency is part of KOTscan's DNA. We do our utmost to gain and keep our customers' trust by remaining transparent. Customer data belongs to them, KOTscan does not own it.

KOTscan does not sell your data to third parties. There is no advertising on KOTscan, and we never use KOTscan services to collect or use data for advertising purposes.

No advertising

Data from KOTscan services is not collected, analyzed or used for advertising purposes by KOTscan, and no ads are displayed. We use your data to provide the KOTscan services, as well as system functions such as intelligent traffic routing, lost package detection, geo-location of your packages, resource management, and event tracking at your individual branches.

You own your data

The data that your employees, partners and customers place in KOTscan does not belong to KOTscan. Whether it is a company's intellectual property or your customers' personal information, it is not the property of KOTscan, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Your applications are always accessible

KOTscan offers a 99.9% availability guarantee as part of the service level agreement. In addition, we do not schedule any downtime or maintenance periods for KOTscan. Unlike most logistics solutions, we ensure that our applications are always available, even if we need to perform service upgrades or maintenance on our systems.

You stay in control and informed

We are committed to providing you with real-time information about your data. Thanks to KOTscan, you are informed on the volume of parcels, your turnover or the individual activity of your agencies on the whole continent. All your information is accessible in real time, secure and accessible only by the people you decide to authorize. It's your data; we are committed to keeping it under your control and you can export your data at any time.
