Creation of a parcel

To create a package in KOTscan, click on "create". Enter the sender's name, first name and phone number. Select a destination zone, the destination station, followed by the name, first name and telephone number of the recipient. Attention, the phone number must be written carefully because it allows sending SMS to customers. Then, select or enter the nature of the package, the weight of the package, the contents of the package, the value of the package. If the package has a barcode, associate the barcode by clicking on the camera, and scan the barcode. Then enter the amount to collect, and collect the cash with the customer, confirm. Then, the application generates a package number that you must write on the same line, with a marker on the package, plus the destination of the package. Then click on "finish".
