Putting a parcel on a hold
To put a parcel on hold on KOTscan Web, add at least the information of the shipper. Indeed, you can put a parcel creation on a hold, only if this first step is done. Validate. Click on the “put on hold” button located on the top left corner of your KOTscan web screen. You can now switch on your next customer and add his information. To go back to your first creation, click again on the “put on hold” button and “resume”. You will get back to where you left.
Be careful, you can put a creation parcel on hold for a maximum of 30 minutes, after this time all the information are lost. You can put on hold only 1 parcel or customer at a time.
