Parcel delivery

To deliver a parcel in KOTscan, click on the "deliver" button. The list of parcels available for delivery in your agency appears. You can search for parcels in different ways: by the name of the parcel / alphabetically in the list / by clicking on the magnifying glass search icon and enter the first letters of the code name of the parcel / by phone number of the recipient, by clicking again on the magnifying glass and then enter the first digits of the phone number / by station of origin, by clicking on "origin" and select the station of origin to display a filtered list. To remove the filter, I click again on “origin” then “clear”. / By type, I select the category that interests me, I can select several categories. To remove the filter, I click again on the selected categories.

When the parcel is in your hands, you can select it in the app in 2 ways :

1. By clicking on the code name in the list on your cell phone.

2. By scanning the code name or the barcode associated with the parcel. To do this, I click on the barcode my cell phone then goes into camera mode. I have 2 options :

   1. Either scan the code name of the parcel the button must be placed on “number” then aim on the code name on the parcel until the parcel scan appears.

   2. Scan a barcode. The button must be placed on the barcode and aim at the barcode until parcel scan appears.

Once you have selected a parcel, you just have to enter a pin code that was received by SMS by the recipient to confirm to correct give.
