Exchange a parcel

To securely transfer a parcel between two staff members, the giver and the receiver of the parcel have to both click on the exchange menu button. The giver clicks on the “give” button, and the receiver click on the “receive” button. If the receiver is a driver profile, with predefined destinations, he has to choose it’s next destinations. A QR code appears the giver scans the QR code of the receiver. The giver and receiver phones have to be close, and the Wi-Fi has to be turned on, on both phones. Be careful as you have to confirm authorizations to activate the Wi-Fi directly within the KOTscan app.

The user receiving a parcel has 2 options to collect a parcel in the app :

1. By scanning the code word or number written on the parcel.

2. By typing manually the code word of the parcel.

Each time a parcel is collected, it will appear in green. Don’t forget to always properly collect the parcels physically after collecting them digitally. At the end of this process, the app will show the total number of parcels collected.
